Order & Sample Policy
Production Time
The production time for your order will vary depending on the product type and customization requirements. We will provide an estimated timeline for delivery at the time of order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you informed of any changes to the schedule
Sample Replacement Policy
Once your sample is prepared, we will not make a replacement for it unless necessary. If you require a replacement sample after it has been finalized, additional charges will apply for the preparation of the new sample. Please note that this will be treated as a separate order and may incur extra fees based on the changes requested.
Changes to Orders or Samples
Once payment has been made for your order, any requests for changes to the sample or order details must be submitted within 24 hours. This includes changes to design, specifications, or any other details related to the order. After the 24-hour period, no further changes can be made to the sample or order.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed and payment is received, it will be processed as per the agreed details. You will receive an order confirmation email with the details of the products, quantities, and delivery timelines.
